For events exceeding two hours, the minimum doubles accordingly. This ensures that extended service time is supported by steady sales. Example: If our two-hour minimum sales amount is set at $550, a four-hour event would require a minimum of $1,100 in sales. If actual sales do not meet this minimum, the host is responsible for covering the difference.
